Note: Your license key on your computer never expires, however we are only able to keep the license keys and download files in your pimsleuraudio.com account on-line for approx one year. You should burn audio cd's or transfer your lessons to a dedicated MP3 player so you have a permanent backup. After one year, they would need to be retrieved from archives, for which there is a $35.00 fee(assessed if we can recover them) and takes about one day, and we do not guarantee we can recover them or keep the archives indefintely.
